I am very pleased to welcome you here.
My name is Joerg and I am the founder and owner of the brand "TECBULL®" and I would like to share my intention with you here.
Again and again in my life I encountered small problems in the house and garden, which I was often only able to solve with great effort and usually high costs, not to mention my two left hands ;). Since at some point I simply had the feeling that I had to look for a new challenge, I started this project with my brand TECBULL® at the end of 2021.
The idea behind it is to offer clever "little helpers" for everyday life that can solve these problems cheaply and easily without requiring great manual skills. In other words, to support the two left hands that I and many others have when it comes to manual work ;). This inspired me to research suitable tools and utilities. In the middle of this research, however, it quickly became clear that the selection of available tools is usually expensive or the handling is not clever enough and the quality is not good enough.
It took many months with some setbacks and expensive deliveries until I was able to convey my ideas and quality standards to the producers and receive the products that I had imagined for TECBULL®.
Since the "dropshipping model" (delivery directly from the manufacturer to the customer) that is so widespread today, with sometimes very poor quality and long delivery times, was not an option for me, delivery from our own warehouses in Germany was the logical consequence. This way I have full control over the quality of the products at all times and can normally guarantee delivery times of 1-3 working days.
Your satisfaction was and always will be my first priority!
Most products are manufactured in special versions just for TECBULL®, such as: special colors, thicker, larger and therefore more stable adhesive films, better adhesive pads, higher quality base materials, equipment and many other, smaller but decisive improvements that usually have a big impact on the durability and use of the products.
In times when sustainability plays a major role, but unfortunately many things are offered as sustainable, and you can often see as much sustainability as you can find pearls in a German river, I have decided to deal with this topic sensitively and honestly. Since my products are rather difficult to classify in terms of direct sustainability, I try to address this important topic elsewhere.
TECBULL® offers reusable products wherever possible or, where it makes sense, supplies adhesive products with easily replaceable replacement adhesive pads. Another decisive plus point is the quality of my TECBULL® products. Due to my high standards for myself and my products, a long service life is guaranteed when used properly. The resulting long periods of use are a great advantage for you as a user and also reduce waste to a minimum.
True to the motto: good products should not be thrown in the trash!
TECBULL® products avoid gimmicks through colorful, non-functional and environmentally harmful retail packaging. I sell products and not packaging, which is also reflected in the very low sales prices. TECBULL® product packaging is only optimized for the necessary protection against damage during transport, so that the products reach you in the best possible condition, nothing more and nothing less. In the future, I will take further measures to further improve the CO2 footprint of my TECBULL®,
QUALITY CONTROL is very important to TECBULL®, which is why every product is visually inspected before shipping. You will find out that CUSTOMER SERVICE is also very important to TECBULL® if there should ever be a problem with one of my products. In this case, always contact me directly and trust me.
